I spent 25 years in the technology industry building, scaling and leading teams to more than $1.1 billion in global revenue. I have sat in rooms where I was underestimated. I have been told I was not the right fit. And I built a career that proved otherwise.

That is why I do what I do now. Because the biggest thing holding most people back is not ability. It is conditioning. The stories they were handed about who they are and what they are capable of.
