The Diamond Method is the same whichever route you take. What changes is how much of me comes with it, and how fast you move.
Start where you are, not where you think you should be
Most development fails not because the content was wrong, but because the format was. A book cannot hold you accountable. A course cannot ask you the question you are avoiding. A cohort cannot rearrange itself around your calendar.
So there are three routes through the same method. Pick the one that matches where you actually are, not the one that sounds most impressive.
Self-paced courses
Do it in your own time, at your own pace.
The full method in three courses: Diamond Confidence, Diamond Connections and Diamond Leadership. Video lessons, workbooks you write in, and lifetime access so you can return whenever you need to.
Best for people who want to start now, work independently, and see whether this lands before committing further.

The Diamond Method Cohorts
Six weeks live with me. Twelve seats. Real accountability.
The live version. Weekly ninety-minute sessions, a buddy who holds you to what you said, and eleven other women doing the same work at the same time. Your Diamond Confidence Score measured at the start and again at the end, so the change is on paper as well as in the room.
Best for people who have tried going it alone and know that is not the problem with the method; it is the problem with doing it by yourself.

The VIP Diamond Method
Private, personal, and built entirely around you.
Twelve fortnightly one-to-one sessions across six months, with direct access to me in between. The whole method, delivered privately, at whatever pace your career actually demands. Four spots at a time.
Best for senior people whose next move requires a version of themselves they haven't fully stepped into yet, and who need space to work that out in confidence.

Not sure which route
Most people start with the self-paced course and move up when they hit the point where doing it alone stops working. Some know immediately that they need the room, or the privacy. Both are fine.
If you want to talk it through rather than guess, book a call and we will work it out together. If the honest answer is the cheapest option, I will tell you that.
Every route includes Yvonne AI, your coaching companion between sessions, and access to the Diamond Circle community. Because the work does not happen in the session, it happens in the six days afterwards.
