Diamond Leadership

Confidence, connection, capability.

Leadership is not a job title. It is what happens when someone decides to go first.

Who is this for

You do not need a team reporting to you. You need people who look to you, which is a different thing entirely and far more common. Maybe you lead a function, a project, a community, or simply the room whenever something needs saying and nobody is saying it.

This is for anyone ready to step up, speak up and bring others with them. If you have been waiting for someone to make it official before you start behaving like a leader, consider this your permission slip.

What you will learn

Fearless Feedback. Most feedback fails before it is given. It comes out Fluffy, so vague nobody knows what to change. Or Fake, praise with an agenda. Or Forceful, honest but delivered like a slap. Fearless feedback is the fourth kind, and it is a skill rather than a personality trait. You will learn the Five P's that make it work: Prepare, Plan, Private, Personality, Practice, and the sequence that gets you to a better place rather than just a truthful one.

ASSIGN delegation. Delegating badly is just dumping with extra steps. ASSIGN takes you through it properly: Assess the task, Select the right person, Set clear expectations, Identify resources, Give authority and autonomy, Nurture and support. The middle letters are where most people stop, and the last two are where trust is actually built.

The TORCH coaching model. Leading people well means asking better questions rather than supplying faster answers. TORCH gives you a structure for conversations that develop people instead of solving things for them.

Leading through change. Change is where leadership is genuinely tested, because you have to hold steady while being uncertain yourself. You will learn how to bring people with you when you do not have all the answers, which is most of the time.

How it works

Self-paced and digital, built around real situations rather than theory. The feedback and delegation work in particular is designed to be used the week you learn it, on conversations you are probably already avoiding.

What changes

You have the difficult conversation instead of rehearsing it for three weeks. You hand the work over properly, and it comes back done. People start bringing you problems earlier because they have learned what happens when they do. You stop being the person who does everything and become the person who grows everyone.
