The Channel Community is a not-for-profit created to support people working in — or aspiring to join — the UK IT channel.
It provides free mentoring, inclusive networking and honest conversations about confidence, progression and belonging — particularly for those from under-represented or lower socio-economic backgrounds.
This is about levelling the playing field and creating spaces where people feel supported, seen and encouraged to grow.
